SiTC Episode 18: Walk Bike Nashville

October 13, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm CDT

Walking and biking provides great exercise and a green way to get around, but not all of Nashville’s streets meet the needs of our growing multimodal community. With close to 300 pedestrian injuries or deaths in 2020, safety along with equity are top priorities for improving Nashville’s infrastructure. Walk Bike Nashville will take us on a journey to learn more about how to safely navigate our city by people-power, how healthy streets is an equity issue, and ways to push policy towards safer roads for all.

Special Guest Speakers:

Lindsey Ganson,
Advocacy and Communications Director,
Walk Bike Nashville
